Terms & Conditions for Banana Sea Club
1. General Conditions
- By renting equipment or using services at Banana Sea Club, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
- All equipment rentals and services are subject to availability.
2. Equipment Rentals
- Booking and Payment : Equipment rentals must be booked in advance. Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Rental Period : Rentals are available for specific time slots. Extensions are subject to availability and additional charges.
- Condition of Equipment : All rented equipment must be returned in the same condition as it was received. Users are responsible for any damage or loss.
- Safety : Users must follow all safety instructions provided by Banana Sea Club. It is mandatory to wear safety gear where required.
- Age Requirements : Some equipment may have age or skill requirements. Please check with our staff to ensure compliance.
3. Café and Food Services
- Reservations : Reservations for the café or food services are recommended but not required.
- Payment: Payment for food and beverages is due at the time of purchase. We accept cash and major credit/debit cards.
- Allergies and Dietary Restrictions: Please inform our staff of any allergies or dietary restrictions. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate them but cannot guarantee allergen-free meals.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations : Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled rental or reservation will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.
- Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds are not available for unused services or equipment due to weather conditions.
5. Liability and Insurance
- Personal Liability : Users of the equipment and services are responsible for their own safety and actions. Banana Sea Club is not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from the use of equipment or participation in activities.
- Insurance: It is strongly recommended that users have personal insurance coverage for water sports activities.
6. Code of Conduct
- Behavior : All users must conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Harassment or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in the termination of services without refund.
- Property : Users are responsible for their personal belongings. Banana Sea Club is not liable for lost or stolen items.
7. Changes to Terms & Conditions
- Banana Sea Club reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website or at our location.
